Halal Live Chicken sells live poultry that is slaughtered, cleaned and butchered onsite for its customers in accordance with Islamic law. Halal Live Chicken's co-owner Mohammed Islam also owns PLAN Engineering and Construction LLC, a design, engineering and construction firm. PLAN Engineering has helped build two restaurants, Bonoful Café and Amar Pizza, and has also renovated over 50 residential homes. Both businesses are located in Hamtramck.
